Yuvan Shankar Raja set to marry for the third time

Ace Tamil music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja (Abdul Haliq after recent conversion to Islam), is getting ready to tie the knot for the third time. As per latest reports, he will be marrying Dubai based fashion designer Zafrun Nizar. Zafrun is from Keezhakarai in the district of Ramanathapuram. The marriage ceremony is expected to take place in Dubai in the month of December. Other details about the marriage are yet to emerge.

Yuvan, youngest son of Tamil music legend Illaiyaraaja, has a very successful music career but his personal life has often been full of trouble. In 2005, he married London based singer Sujaya Chandran whom he has been dating since 2002. The couple divorced in 2008 citing “irreconcilable differences”. In 2011, he married Shilpa Mohan at a private ceremony in the famous Tirupathi temple in Andhra Pradesh . But soon differences began to appear between the two and Shilpa left Yuvan’s house. The couple separated later. Around this time, his mother passed away which had sent Yuvan into depression. He later embraced Islam and changed his name earlier this year. Hopefully, this time Yuvan has found his perfect match and will be able to settle down happily in his personal life.
